These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axyzinnovations.com (the "Website") and all products and services offered by AXYZ Innovations LLC ("AXYZ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or purchasing any AXYZ product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our products.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize AXYZ (via Shopify Payments or Stripe) to charge your payment method for the full stated amount including any applicable taxes. All sales of digital products are final subject to the Refund Policy. We do not store full payment card details. If your payment fails, your license may not be issued until successful payment is received. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, provided that the price at the time of your purchase is final for that transaction.

5. Software Licensing

All AXYZ software products are licensed, not sold. Your use of the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA controls with respect to the Software. Reselling, sharing, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination without refund.

6. Artificial Intelligence — Restrictions

You agree that you will not use any content, data, software, audio output, or other information obtained from AXYZ's Website or products to directly or indirectly train, fine-tune, develop, test, or improve any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural network system or model — whether commercial, non-commercial, open-source, academic, or experimental — without the prior written consent of AXYZ Innovations LLC. This restriction applies regardless of whether the use is direct, indirect, or involves intermediate processing, and regardless of whether the resulting AI system is intended for personal, internal, or public use. AXYZ Innovations LLC reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies for violations of this provision, including injunctive relief.
