Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
AXYZ Innovations LLC sells digital software licenses that are delivered instantly and electronically upon purchase. Because digital goods cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, or activated, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except in the specific circumstances described below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree to this policy.
Why No Refunds
Digital software licenses cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. Once a license key is issued and activated, the software has been delivered and the service rendered. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our licensing system, prevent abuse, and maintain the value of the product for all customers.
Before You Buy
We want you to be confident before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to review our compatibility information to confirm AXYZ supports your DAW, OS version, and plugin format (VST3, AU, or AAX); read the full feature comparison for each tier on our Shop page; and contact us at info@axyzinnovations.com with any pre-purchase questions — we are happy to help before you commit. Most compatibility, installation, and workflow questions can be answered in advance.
Exceptions — When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will only be considered in the following verified circumstances: a verified duplicate charge where you were accidentally charged twice for the same license; a verified unresolvable technical failure where the Software fails to install or activate due to a confirmed defect on our end that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe despite good-faith effort; or where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund right that cannot be waived by contract.
To request a refund under any of these exceptions, contact info@axyzinnovations.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
Rent-to-Own (Monthly) Subscriptions
Monthly rent-to-own subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid. Upon cancellation, your access to the Software deactivates at the end of the current paid period. All payments made prior to cancellation are final and are credited toward the perpetual license price — if you resubscribe later, your payment history is preserved.
Technical Support Before Requesting a Refund
If you are experiencing installation, activation, or compatibility issues, please contact us before assuming the Software is incompatible with your system. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through support. We offer responsive support at info@axyzinnovations.com with a typical response time of 24–48 hours.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting AXYZ Innovations LLC, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide your complete purchase records, activation history, and correspondence to the payment processor. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before escalating to your financial institution.
License Transfers
AXYZ licenses are personal to the purchaser and are non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred to any other individual or entity. Violations of this restriction will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
Beta Program Purchases
All purchases made during the AXYZ beta program are subject to this same no-refund policy. Beta pricing reflects the early-access nature of the product. Beta purchasers receive all future updates within their purchased tier at no additional charge.
